For HVAC & plumbing companies

Every missed call is a job for your competitor.

An AI receptionist that picks up when you can’t — at 9pm, on a roof, on a Sunday. It takes the address and the problem, flags emergencies, and emails you the details before you’re off the ladder.

  • Set up for you, not a do-it-yourself app
  • 14 days free, no contract
  • Always tells callers it’s an AI

How it works

Set up in an afternoon. Keep your number.

1

Forward the calls you miss

Only unanswered and after-hours calls go to your receptionist. Your number stays yours.

2

It answers like your front desk

Trained on your services, hours and prices. It takes the name, address and problem, and flags emergencies.

3

The job lands in your inbox

A clear summary within a minute or two of the call ending, with the full transcript in your dashboard.

Says it's an AI, every time

It tells callers at the start of every call, and again if they ask. Calls are announced when recorded.

Safety before scheduling

Gas smell, a carbon monoxide alarm, sparks: it gets people out and to 911 first, then marks the call urgent.

Never invents a price

It quotes only the prices you approve. For anything else, it explains the technician quotes on site.

Checks the address on the call

Misheard street names get corrected while the caller is still on the line, so nobody drives to the wrong house.

Knows your repeat customers

“Welcome back, Dana. Same address as last time?” Returning callers are done in seconds.

Emergencies to your cell

Urgent calls can go straight through to whoever is on call, or get a callback promise in the time you set.

“I smell gas.”
An unedited recording, 1 minute 27.

It stops taking details, gets them out of the house without touching a switch, and sends them to 911.

Many callers won’t leave a message. They hang up and call the next company on the list.

Questions owners ask

The honest answers.

Will my customers know they’re talking to an AI?

Yes. It says so at the start of every call and again if anyone asks, and it announces that calls may be recorded. Callers who want a person get a message taken and a callback time.

What if it gets something wrong?

It only answers from details you approve, never invents prices, and reads back names, numbers and addresses before it hangs up. Every call is summarized in your inbox, with the full transcript in your dashboard.

Do I have to change my number, or sign a contract?

No and no. You forward only the calls you don’t answer, and your number stays yours. It’s month to month, cancel anytime, and the first 14 days are free.

What happens with a real emergency?

Safety instructions come first: gas, carbon monoxide or fire means get out and call 911. Then the call is marked urgent and either put through to your on-call cell or given a callback within the time you choose.

What happens to my customers’ information?

It’s used to handle the call and send you the summary, nothing else. Call details are erased automatically after the period you choose, 90 days unless you change it, and only anonymous counts are kept for your reports.

Does it book appointments?

It collects everything needed and requests a time window, then your team confirms it. It never tells a customer they’re booked when they aren’t.

Call it yourself. At 2am, if you like.

You’ll hear exactly what your customers would hear.
